Temporary living in a semi-detached house with a very spacious garden of approximately 118 m2 is possible in January. This fine cozy house is located almost on the Merwedekanaal, where soon further work for project Merwede will take place. 

The house has a cozy living room with open kitchen and lovely conservatory. Through the windows there is plenty of light coming in. The wood stove visible in the pictures has been removed. 

The Kanaalweg is quietly located on a bicycle street. During project Merwede it will possibly be busier with destination traffic. With a few minutes by bike you are in the center and reach one of the stations in the city. In the vicinity there are plenty of opportunities for daily shopping and conviviality of catering establishments. The highways are also easy to reach, within a few minutes you drive onto the ring road to various A-roads. 

This is a fixed rental period until January 05, 2028. In the meantime you may be inconvenienced by project Merwede. If you are interested we will inform you about this during the viewing. The house will be cleaned thoroughly. 

Layout

The driveway brings you to the back plot where the house is located. Now enough space to park for free in the indicated area next to the garden. This will possibly change during project Merwede. The garden is visible from every corner of the house.  

First floor:
Through the front door you enter a hall with toilet with small sink and meter cupboard. Through the door you enter the lovely cozy living room with spacious open kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, 5-burner stove and hood. with enough space for a dining area. The stove has been removed and closed. Through the doors you come into a lovely conservatory with again doors to the garden. In the garden is another good sized shed. 

The door in the living room gives access to a small hall with storage space under the stairs that take you to the top floor. 

1st floor:
The top floor is a loft room with open bathroom equipped with bathtub, shower, 2nd toilet, sink with cabinet and washing machine connection. There is also plenty of storage space created under the sloping roof. The boiler room is located above the stairs.

- The deposit is 2 months rent;
- Minimum income of 3 times the monthly rent (gross) or guarantee;

- Delivery: 6th January 2026.
