The room-apartments are located in a former office building, now converted into 156 residential units. Each unit features a private living/sleeping area, with shared facilities for cooking and laundry. Tenants share the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and toilet with fellow residents. All communal areas are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen appliances and washing machines.

Please note: use of the laundry facilities is not included and may incur additional costs.

We place great importance on hygiene. All shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning team.

On-site car parking is available, and bicycles can be safely stored in the covered bicycle shed.

We only rent to single-person households.

The nearest public transport connection is Zoetermeer train station, approximately 400 metres away. From here, there are direct train connections to surrounding cities such as Rotterdam and The Hague. The A12 motorway is also easily accessible, just 390 metres from the building.
