Rhijngeesterstraatweg

The complex is located on the south side of Oegstgeest, in a quiet, wooded area near Leiden. It has a favourable location near the shopping street "De Kempenaerstraat" with ample amenities (including shops, restaurants, and supermarkets). In the immediate vicinity there are also facilities such as local shops, schools, and parks. Oegstgeest also has many historical sights and cultural attractions that enrich the area.

It concerns a former healthcare centre with now 85 residential units. The studio apartments are available from 15 m2 to 45 m2 and have a rental price starting from 645, including gas, water, electricity, internet, service charges and other costs. The studio apartments consist of a private living-sleeping area with shared facilities for washing and cooking. All communal areas are fully furnished and equipped with, among other things, kitchen appliances and washing machines, which you as a tenant may use freely!

We attach great importance to hygiene within our projects. The shared facilities are cleaned every week by a professional cleaning team.

We only rent to one-person households.
