Rhijngeesterstraatweg

The complex is situated on the southern edge of Oegstgeest, in a peaceful, wooded area near Leiden. It enjoys a convenient location close to the shopping street ‘De Kempenaerstraat’, which offers a range of amenities (including shops, restaurants and a supermarket). There are also amenities in the immediate vicinity, such as local shops, schools and parks. Oegstgeest also boasts many historical sights and cultural attractions that enrich the area.

The property is a former healthcare centre that now comprises 85 residential units. The studio flats range in size from 15 m² to 45 m² and are available to rent from €645, inclusive of gas, water, electricity, internet, service charges and other costs. The studio flats consist of a private living and sleeping area with shared facilities for washing and cooking. All communal areas are fully furnished and equipped with, amongst other things, kitchen appliances and washing machines, which you, as a tenant, are free to use!

We place great importance on hygiene within our properties. The shared facilities are cleaned every week by a professional cleaning team.

We only let to single-person households.
