Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine connection. De spacy bedroom on the first floor has lots of storage room. Living room and kitchen area have a very nice wooden floor. Straight from the living room you walk into the private gaden (approx 50m2!) which will be handed over empty and clean. Residence for max 1 person! The apartment will be rented unfurnished. The house is located in a very quite area but only within short walking distance of the railroad station of Valkenburg.
