The location offers a perfect balance between city amenities and the calm of a residential area. Within a few minutes you can reach the Stadshart of Zoetermeer, the city’s main shopping and entertainment area. There are also several parks and green spaces nearby, ideal for walking or recreation.

The property is a former office building that has been transformed into 67 residential units and 12 commercial spaces for young entrepreneurs. The room-apartments are spacious and range in size from 23 m² to 91 m², with rental prices starting from €727 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, service costs, and other additional costs.

Each room-apartment consists of a private living and sleeping area, with shared facilities for cooking and laundry. You share the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and toilet with fellow tenants. All communal areas are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen appliances and washing machines, which tenants are free to use.

We place great importance on hygiene within our projects. The shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning team.
