Layout
The entrance leads into the hallway, which provides access to the various rooms.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom, the shared living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom and toilet.

Rental process
After you register via the listing, you will receive an onboarding form. Based on the information received, we will make an initial selection of interested candidates. Selected candidates will be invited for a viewing.

After the viewing, we will carry out a credit check and assess the documents provided. In addition, if applicable, the mandatory housing permit will be applied for with the municipality of Rotterdam.

After a positive assessment, the most suitable candidate or, if applicable, the duo will be proposed to the owner. After approval by the owner, the tenancy agreement can be drawn up and the further rental process will be guided.

Financial requirements
The required gross monthly income must be at least four times the monthly rent. For students, a guarantor may be accepted.

When renting to a student, the financial details of the tenant and any guarantor will be assessed. If two students rent the available rooms together, the financial details of both tenants and any guarantors will be assessed.
