The complex is located on the southern side of the municipality of Oegstgeest, in a wooded area directly next to Leiden. It has a convenient location near the shopping street “De Kempenaerstraat,” with plenty of amenities (including shops, restaurants, and a supermarket). In the immediate vicinity, there are also facilities such as local shops, schools, and parks. Oegstgeest also offers many historical landmarks and cultural attractions that enrich the area.

It concerns a former healthcare center that now consists of 80 residential units. The room apartments range in size from 15 m² to 45 m² and have a rental price starting from €645 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, service charges, and other costs. The room apartments consist of a private living/sleeping area with shared facilities for washing and cooking. All common areas are fully furnished and equipped with, among other things, kitchen appliances and washing machines, which you may use freely as a tenant.

We place great importance on hygiene within our properties. The shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning team.

We only rent to single-person households.
