Starting June 2026, we will offer 102 temporary rooms at Brugwal 11 in Nieuwegein, varying in price range and size.

Our rooms range from 18 to 40 m², with prices starting at €775 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and service costs. Each unit has its own private living/sleeping area. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with fellow tenants. Common areas are fully furnished and equipped, including kitchen appliances, washing machines, and dryers.

Cleanliness is a top priority in our projects. That’s why all shared spaces and facilities are professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.

The location is conveniently situated within 5–10 minutes walking or cycling distance from the city center, with shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby. By car, you can reach the A2 and A27 highways within approximately 10 minutes, providing quick access to Utrecht, ’s-Hertogenbosch, and Amsterdam. Public transport is also easily accessible, with bus stops just a 4-minute walk away, offering direct connections to the Nieuwegein City tram station.
