The studio apartments are available from 12 m2 to 52 m2 and have a rent starting from 630,- including gas, water, electricity, internet, service charges and other costs. The studio apartments consist of a private living and sleeping area with shared facilities for washing and cooking. You share the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and toilet with the co-tenants. We attach great importance to hygiene within our projects. The shared facilities are cleaned every week by a professional cleaning team.

We have the possibility to park your car on our own premises and park your bicycle in a covered bicycle shed.
