The property is a former office building that has been converted into 67 residential units and 12 commercial spaces for young entrepreneurs. The room apartments are spacious and range in size from 23 m² to 91 m², with rental prices starting from €727 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, service charges, and other costs.

Each room apartment has a private living/sleeping area with shared facilities for washing and cooking. You share the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and toilet with the other tenants. All common areas are fully furnished and equipped with, among other things, kitchen appliances and washing machines, which you are free to use as a tenant.

We place great importance on hygiene within our properties. The shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning team.

We only rent to single-person households.
