Each room apartment has a private living/sleeping area with shared facilities for washing and cooking. You share the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and toilet with the other tenants. All common areas are fully furnished and equipped with, among other things, kitchen appliances and washing machines, which you are free to use as a tenant.

We place great importance on hygiene within our properties. The shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning team.

We only rent to single-person households.
