The building is a former office property that has been converted into 49 residential units. The room-apartments range in size from 12 m² to 52 m², with rental prices starting from €610 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, service costs, and other additional costs.

Each room-apartment consists of a private living and sleeping area, with shared facilities for cooking and laundry. You share the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and toilet with fellow tenants. All communal areas are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen appliances and washing machines, which tenants are free to use.

We place great importance on hygiene within our projects. The shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning team.

There is parking available on-site, and bicycles can be stored in a covered bicycle parking area.
